Our modest brewing capacity means that we do not commit to large amounts of the same beer. We prefer to produce a wider variety of smaller experimental batches on constant rotation.
Although we focus on hop-forward ales like American pales, juicy IPAs, fruity table beers, and thick imperial stouts, we love to try out new ideas. From tweaking recipes and collaborating with friends and community; we are always in pursuit of creating something local, fresh and tasty.
